Apart from the normal scope for landscape design such as roadside planting, a fifty metre wide green belt was designed around the property, the major design opportunity came by at a 10 acre open plot of ‘Brahmasthanam’. This was treated as a park within the Industrial complex with grid-iron pattern of pathways, portions of lawns dotted with Lily ponds, sit-outs etc. Coconut tree was chosen for theme planting for the entire campus. High salinity in the soil and ground water brought in severe restrictions in plant selection and growth.
