Designed within the ‘Reliance Greens’ township, housing approximately 4,000 families of employees of the largest refinery in Asia.
The clients wanted to offer the residents every possible comfort and amenity by creating an ideal township.
One of the largest parks in the country, the Central Park was primarily conceived as a place for people’s participation, where all families come together without the label of being employees. Generous dividing spaces, green patches for street corners and zone-specific common open spaces culminate into the twin plots of the Central Park.
A large water-body fed by recycled water along with its fountains becomes a focal point of the park. This green space has become the most popular venue among the residents and offers a base for all their festivities.
